Tori is a purpose-led leader, speaker, and founder who believes it takes confidence and deep vulnerability to go first.

With a first-class degree in Chartered Business Management and psychology, she combines deep insight into human behaviour with over a decade of experience in brand and business development. She’s the co-founder of Still Sisters, a female-led gin distillery and experience brand rooted in connection, creativity, and community.

Tori created the I’ll Go First™ Model after a quiet realisation during her Saturday morning parkrun: that most people aren’t waiting for permission — they’re waiting for someone brave enough to go first. From that moment, a model was born — one grounded in empathy, boundaries, purpose and action.

She’s passionate about empowering women to speak up, step forward, and lead — and about helping people connect with their purpose in a way that feels true, not performative. Tori also uses her voice to raise awareness for epilepsy after her son’s diagnosis and champions safer spaces, youth empowerment, and purpose-driven leadership.
